About the treatment

REFINE SKIN TEXTURE AND IMPROVE SKIN QUALITY WITH FRACTIONAL LASER

Over time, the skin can develop fine lines, uneven texture, acne scars, pigmentation irregularities, and other signs of sun damage or ageing. Fractional laser is an advanced skin resurfacing treatment that stimulates the skin's natural regenerative processes, improving texture, firmness, and overall skin quality.

Using precisely controlled laser energy, the treatment creates microscopic channels within the skin while leaving the surrounding tissue intact. This activates the body's natural healing response and stimulates the production of collagen and elastin, resulting in smoother, firmer, and more even-looking skin over time.

Fractional laser treatment can be tailored to address a wide range of skin concerns, including fine lines, acne scars, enlarged pores, pigmentation, and uneven skin texture. Recovery is typically short, with mild redness that gradually subsides over the following days as the skin renews itself.

At Caolín, every treatment is carefully customised to your skin and aesthetic goals. Our philosophy is to improve skin quality in a natural, long-lasting way, creating healthier, smoother, and more radiant skin while preserving your unique features.

Your treatment plan

Every treatment at Caolín begins with a thorough and personal consultation. Here, we assess your skin’s texture, elasticity, any scar changes, pigmentation, and overall skin quality to ensure that fractional laser is the right treatment for you.

The treatment is particularly suitable for skin with fine lines, acne scars, sun damage, uneven texture, or early signs of aging. Together, we review your wishes, treatment areas, and realistic expectations, so your treatment plan is tailored precisely to your skin and your goals.

The treatment itself

During the treatment, advanced laser technology is used to create microscopic treatment zones in the skin without affecting the entire skin surface. This targeted method makes the treatment effective while optimizing the healing process.

The treatment itself typically takes between 20 and 45 minutes, depending on the treatment area and the skin’s needs. Most people find the treatment manageable, and the skin is continuously cooled and cared for to ensure optimal comfort.

The time after treatment

After the treatment, it is normal to experience redness, a sensation of warmth, and mild swelling in the treated area during the first few days. The skin may subsequently feel dry or slightly rough while natural cell renewal takes place.

We recommend that you avoid direct sun exposure, heat treatments, sauna, and intense physical activity in the days following the treatment, so the skin has the best possible conditions for optimal healing.

You will always receive thorough aftercare guidance to take home, so you feel safe throughout the entire process.

Results and aftercare

The results develop gradually over the following weeks and months as the skin’s collagen production increases and cell renewal improves. Many people experience skin that appears smoother, firmer, and more even, with improved glow and texture.

Depending on the skin’s starting point and treatment goals, an individual treatment course is often recommended to achieve the best possible result. Over time, many people experience a significant improvement in skin quality and a more revitalized appearance.
