Breast augmentation with implants (BFO)
Breast augmentation with implants (BFO) gives fuller, more harmonious breasts, tailored to your body type and your wishes. During the procedure the surgeon makes a small, discreet incision – usually in the breast fold – and places the implant either behind the breast tissue or behind the chest muscle.
You can choose between different implant types and sizes, so that the result is as natural and individual as possible. After the operation we recommend a couple of days' rest, after which you can gradually return to your daily activities.
The result is long-lasting and created with a focus on a natural look that suits you.

The first consultation is free and without obligation. Here you meet the surgeon who will carry out the procedure, and together you go through your wishes, your anatomy and your options.
It depends on the procedure. For most breast procedures we recommend rest for the first couple of days and expect you to be back at a sedentary job after about a week. Physical work and exercise require longer.
The larger procedures are performed under general anaesthetic with an experienced anaesthetist present. Smaller procedures can in some cases be done under local anaesthetic — we agree this at the consultation.
All procedures leave scars, but we place the incisions as discreetly as possible, usually in natural folds. The scars fade over the first 6–12 months, and you receive specific guidance on aftercare along the way.
You are followed closely throughout, with scheduled check-ups after the procedure. You can always contact the clinic if you are unsure about anything between visits.
