RF Genius Microneedling is an advanced skin-resurfacing treatment that combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy to stimulate the skin's natural regeneration at a deeper level. The treatment is designed to improve skin texture, reduce fine lines, scars and unevenness, and strengthen the skin's firmness and quality over time.
With age, the skin's natural production of collagen and elastin decreases, which can lead to loss of elasticity, visible pores, fine lines and a more uneven skin texture. RF Genius Microneedling activates the skin's own repair processes and stimulates the formation of new collagen, so the skin gradually becomes stronger, smoother and more even.
At Caolín, we always take a holistic aesthetic approach, where the aim is not to change the character of your skin but to improve its quality with respect for its natural structure and needs.
Treatment facts
The process
The process always begins with a thorough consultation, where we assess the condition, quality and individual needs of your skin. We talk about your wishes, go through relevant health information and assess whether RF Genius Microneedling is the right treatment for you.
We also go through the results you can realistically expect and how a course of treatment can best be tailored to your skin. For many people, the most noticeable improvements are achieved through a course of several treatments, during which the skin gradually builds new collagen and improves its texture over time.
RF Genius Microneedling is performed using fine microneedles, which create controlled microscopic channels in the skin while radiofrequency energy is delivered precisely into the tissue. The combination of the two technologies stimulates the skin's natural healing process and increases the production of collagen and elastin.
Before the treatment, a numbing cream is applied to ensure the greatest possible comfort. The treatment itself typically takes between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the area and the treatment plan. Throughout the treatment, we work with great precision and adjust the treatment parameters individually to your skin type and goals, so the treatment is both effective and gentle.
After the treatment, the skin will typically look red and slightly swollen, and some people experience a sensation similar to mild sunburn. These reactions are to be expected and usually subside within a few days.
To support the skin's healing, we recommend that you avoid make-up, strenuous physical activity and strong skincare products for the first few days after the treatment. It is also important to protect your skin from the sun and use a high-factor sunscreen. You will of course go home with thorough aftercare advice, so you feel reassured throughout the healing process.
Many people notice an improvement in skin quality after the very first treatment. However, the most noticeable and long-lasting results develop gradually as the skin's collagen production increases over the following months. For optimal results, a course of 3 to 4 treatments 4 to 6 weeks apart is often recommended.
As new collagen forms, the skin typically feels smoother, firmer and more even, with reduced fine lines, scars and unevenness. The result continues to develop for up to 3 to 6 months after the course of treatment, as the skin's natural regeneration process continues and gradually improves skin quality.
